Anyway, white girl problems here. I can’t figure out what type of self improvement to embark upon first. All of them will eventually be incorporated into my lifestyle, but as none of them are right now I need to do it gradually…
- Eating healthy foods, and eating regularly
- Exercising
- Going for daily/semi-weekly walks with my sketchbook/notebook/a book
- Going through the mindful living information my mom gave me to improve my temperament
- Working on my business plan
Ok, the last one isn’t really self-improvement, but it’s on my mind a lot.
